So how is your life going?  Relationships?  Planning for your life after graduation?  How are you getting along with your parents, teachers and other young people?  If you are anything like I was at your age, then the answers to those questions can differ from day to day. 

When I was in high school, I was an all-district athlete, a big-time rebel, a more than occasional pot smoker, I drank alcohol, I gave into peer pressure, I carried a 3.8 GPA, I was both popular and felt left out at the same time, I fought with my parents and teachers, and I had absolutely no clue as to what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. 

Can you relate? Maybe your life isn? exactly like mine was, but I am sure we have some things in common.  I don? know about you, but my high school years were some of my most challenging times.

The truth of it is, life can be pretty challenging.  And with anything that presents a challenge, it offers some tremendous rewards.  Over the last few years, I have had the privilege of studying, working with, and getting to know some truly amazing people and learning some of the skills and disciplines that they have used to lead lives that are full of rewards.
