Keith O'Brien Founder, Executive Director

Mr. O'Brien has had an impressive career and extensive experience in Personal Development, Marketing and Sales. His career has expanded such diverse positions as Sales Representative at Aqua Sun Investments (1992) where he was #1 in sales volume and consistently exceeded sales quotas; Sales Manager at SportsLife, Inc.(1993-1995) where he successfully implemented a comprehensive sales training program that grossed 1 million in sales and was #1 out of 90+ Sales Associates. At Brennan Development Group (1995-2000), he established a sales force of over three hundred independent sales reps to sell personal development training systems to high net worth individuals. While at Brennan, he was instrumental in developing and executing marketing, advertising and training systems for use in the U.S. and abroad.

In 1999, Keith combined his passion for personal empowerment and business development with his desire to make a difference with young people and founded FuturePoint, which aims to be the number one resource for youth development programs worldwide. He serves as the Executive Director of FuturePoint and oversees both program and business development for the organization.

Vicki D. Grodner - Program Manager

Vicki Grodner is instrumental to FuturePoint's continued expansion by focussing on the development of the company's program marketing strategy and corporate sponsorship program. She has 15 years of national marketing and business development experience from working extensively with Fortune 500 companies. Vicki is personally committed to a healthy lifestyle and making a difference in people's lives, which she has done as a member of the board of charitable organizations like Gilda's Club, The Children's Home Society and Women in Distress.

Tamarah Jones - Program Manager

Tamarah came to FuturePoint as a volunteer in 2005 and was hired to serve as a Program Manager for our I Am Connecting program. She also supported and facilitated many of our other IYL program days and PULSE. Tamarah has recently relocated to Atlanta, GA and continues to bring her talents to FuturePoint in various capacities. She is the staff person that is responsible of our PULSE Workshop and still supports with our I Am Connecting program.

Vanesa Peña - Program Manager

Vanessa’s first experience with FuturePoint came originally as a high school sophomore at Stranahan when she participated in one our It’s Your Life workshops.  A question from one of the trainers struck her in a profound way and she became interested to learn more about FuturePoint.  The following year, she had the opportunity to participate in FuturePoint’s year long I Am Connecting program where she gained experience as a peer mentor, facilitating character education material to 2nd graders, which she continued again her senior year.  Now in her second year of college, Vanessa majors in Education and is the Program Manager of the very same I Am Connecting program linking her belief in the value of personal development with her desire to make a difference in the classroom.  In her two years at FuturePoint, she has gone through intensive training as a facilitator and is now co-trainer for FuturePoint’s PULSE program, a 2 ½ day weekend program for youth 14-18 and a powerful experience in self-discovery.

Johanna Spring - Development Associate

Johanna started at FuturePoint at the beginning of January 2007 as our Development Assistant. Johanna was born and raised in South Florida and graduated high school from Nova High School in 2002. She went on to complete a B.S. in Public Relations from The University of Florida in August, 2006.
